Peli Vault V200 Medium Pistol Case

The Peli™ Vault V200 sits right in the sweet spot of the Vault range: bigger than the single-pistol V100, but still compact enough to sling in a car boot or gun-safe shelf without eating half the space. Built Tough

The shell is high-impact polypropylene, moulded to resist crushing, dust ingress and driving rain, with a polymer O-ring running the full length of the lid to keep the seal tight. Two push-button latches snap the case shut in a second and pop open just as fast, while stainless-steel hinge pins and a padlockable hasp mean the case travels — and stays — secure. Worth noting: like the rest of the Vault range, the V200 is rated for weather and water resistance rather than full submersion; if a case needs to survive going underwater, Peli's Protector and Air lines are built for that instead.

Four Layers of Foam, Zero Guesswork

Every V200 ships with four layers of Pick N Pluck foam already inside. Pull the pre-scored cubes out by hand — no scalpel, no measuring, no trial and error — and in a few minutes there's a cavity moulded exactly around a handgun, an optic, or whatever else needs to ride safely inside. Because the foam is layered, the cavity can go as shallow or as deep as the gear demands, and it's easy to start again if the layout needs to change.
