The outer shell is the Peli Air 1615 — one of Peli's most capable large wheeled cases. Moulded from HPX2™ high-performance copolymer resin, it delivers IP67-rated protection: fully watertight to 1 metre of submersion for 30 minutes, and completely dustproof. The HPX2 material gives the case genuine lightness for its scale, keeping total weight in a range that works for checked baggage on most international carriers. A telescoping trolley handle and rugged in-line wheels handle everything from polished airport terminals to uneven cargo areas and gravel paths without complaint.

Custom Laser-Cut Foam Interior

Inside, the case is fitted with a precisely cut foam system designed specifically for the Starlink Standard Kit. Each component — satellite dish, Wi-Fi router, power supply, and cables — sits in a dedicated cavity that eliminates movement in transit and allows fast, repeatable setup at the destination. Additional foam space alongside the main layout holds accessories: tripod mounts, power banks, extension cables, and other items you regularly carry with the kit. Everything has a place; nothing rattles.

Security and Weather Protection

Two TSA-approved combination locks are integrated directly into the latch system, giving airport security access for inspection without damaging the hardware. The Press & Pull latches close automatically on impact — no missed latches on the loading dock — and open with a single press. The IP67 seal means rain on the tarmac, splashes during boat crossings, and dusty overland legs don't touch the electronics packed inside.
